Professor of Spectroscopy and Catalysis

Graduate of Charles University in Prague and Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. Member of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences. Her research focus includes chemical reactions and spectroscopy with applications in catalysis and chemical reaction development.


 

Dr. Vladimír Beneš

EMBL Heidelberg, Germany

Senior Scientist

Educated at Charles University, Prague and the Institute of Molecular Genetics in Prague. Member of multiple molecular biology research consortia. His research includes genomics and its application in cancer and cell biology research.


 

Prof. Bryan Brooks

Baylor University, USA

Distinguished Professor of Environmental Science

Graduate of the University of North Texas and the University of Mississippi. Fellow of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. His research focuses on environmental health, water quality, and risk assessment of chemical contaminants.


 

Prof. László Erdös

Institute of Science and Technology Austria (ISTA)

Professor of Mathematical Physics

Graduate of Loránd Eötvös University and Princeton University. Member of Academia Europaea, Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Austrian Academy of Sciences. His research includes mathematical analysis of physical models, random matrices, and stochastic processes.


 

Prof. Achim von Keudell

Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany

Professor of Experimental Physics

Graduate of the University of Technical University Munich and University of Bayreuth. Member of the German Physical Society. His research focuses on reactive plasma physics and surface science.


 

Prof. Piotr Migoń

University of Wroclaw, Polsko

Professor of Geography

Graduate of the University of Wroclaw; post-doctoral research at the University of Oxford. Member of the Polish Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on rock control in geomorphology and landscape evolution.
