The project supports the scientific research activities of PhD students affiliated to the ICRC MED MUNI as part of their doctoral theses. Physiological and pathophysiological processes will be investigated using sophisticated methods used in preclinical and clinical research. The main scientific focus of the project are neurosciences with special focus on neurodegenerative diseases, epileptology and neurostimulation.
