Registration

Those wishing to attend the conference are kindly requested to complete the online registration form. They will be pre-registered and get their registration number. After sending remittance for conference fee and related services to account of Masaryk University a receipt will be forwarded as confirmation of registration.

Early registrations are accepted until May 31, 2011. After this date low price accommodation facilities included in the conference package may not be available any more which will result in a higher registration fee.

*) This category includes undergraduate and graduate students. A letter of endorsement of the supervisor is required.

Participant and student registration includes:

  • admission to the scientific sessions and exhibitions
  • 4 nights in a single room at a student hotel (participant) or in a shared two bedroom appartment at a student hostel (for student)
  • conference kit (final program, Book of Abstracts, etc.)
  • coffee/tea during the official breaks
  • welcome party on September 4, 2011 at 19.00
  • 4 buffet breakfasts on September 5 – 8, 2011
  • 4 lunches on September 5 – 8, 2011 and 2 dinners on September 5 and 7, 2011 consisting of assorted menu parts you can combine according your choise at the place (including vegetarian meals)
  • organised trip ending with a dinner
  • excursion to Mendel's museum

It is not expected that accompanying persons will attend scientific sessions. Their registration fee includes welcome party, accommodation, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as Tuesday's tours with a dinner.

Payment

All payments for the conference must be made in CZK (Czech Crowns - Kč). Registration forms must be accompanied by appropriate remittance. The conference fee must be sent by May 31, 2011. Before that the registration is not accepted. After that date lower conference package is not available any more and registration is connected with a higher fee.

Cancellation and Refunding

For cancellation before June 30, 2006 a 80 % of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after June 30, 2006 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
